If you view a System Plan in a Repository File (Repository File Maintenance > "select an existing System Plan" > click on the View button), you can see the selected System Plan's Repository File Keys, Date created, Created by, Date last modified, Modified by, Client update level, the names of the Plan Definition, Census Specification, Projection Assumptions, XML Database Linkage, Output Definition, the XML Output Linkage used by the Output Definition, and the client path of the client used to update / add the System Plan.

If you click on the Details button (in the View), you'll be able to see every library entity (its name and timestamp in effect at the time the System Plan was updated/added), grouped by library name, and both libraries and the entities in each library are alphabetically sorted. This is very similar to List Objects, but only the objects used in the selected System Plan will be shown.
